At Jaju, every piece is crafted with care. To support your purchase, we offer a 3-month limited warranty covering issues related to craftsmanship and materials under normal use.
This warranty is valid for 90 days from the original purchase date.
What the Warranty Covers
Craftsmanship Issues
If any part of your jewelry is defective due to how it was made, we will repair or replace it.
This includes:
- Broken or snapped earring posts
- Loose or unstable stones
- Faulty clasps, chain links, or connectors
- Breaks in chains, bracelets, or pendants caused by a manufacturing defect
JAJU offers gold-plating renewal at cost price for anyone who wants to refresh their piece.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not include:
- Damage caused by accidents, dropping, bending, pulling, or improper handling
- Normal wear that happens with everyday use (mild scratches, gradual tarnishing, fading)
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced pieces
- Natural changes in metal or plating caused by contact with air, water, perfume, lotions, or sweat
- Items that have been altered, customized, or repaired by someone other than Jaju
Repairs After the 3-Month Warranty
We are happy to assist with repairs even after the warranty period.
A 60 NIS fee applies for post-warranty repairs, which covers materials, labor, and return shipping.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Reach Out:
Contact us via whatsapp and include your order details or proof of purchase.
Review:
We may ask for photos or additional details to determine if the issue is covered.
Repair or Replace:
- If the problem falls within our warranty, repairs are free during the first 3 months.
- If the piece cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Details:
You are responsible for sending the item to us. We recommend using tracked shipping.
If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced piece back to you.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Exposure to chemicals, fragrances, lotions, oils, or cleaning agents
- Prolonged moisture or heat
- Misuse, neglect, or rough handling
- Modifications or repairs made by anyone outside of Jaju

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of the charm of JAJU jewelry.
Personal Use Only
Our jewelry is intended for personal wear and may not be resold commercially without our approval.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for reasons unrelated to defects, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept secure and used only for order processing, support, or warranty communication. We do not share customer information with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or value of the purchased item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
