Using a Ring You Already Own

1. Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to size.
2. Place it on a flat surface.
3. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters (mm) — edge to edge, without including the thickness of the ring.
4. Match your measurement to the EU size chart below.

Tip:
Make sure the ring you measure is round, not slightly oval.

Measure the Circumference (Using Paper or String)

If you don’t have a ring to measure:

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
2. Wrap it gently around the base of your finger.
3. Mark where the ends meet — not too tight, not too loose.
4. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters (mm).
5. Use the chart to find your EU size based on circumference.

Tip:
Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their most natural size.
