החזרות
.יש לנו מדיניות החזרה של 7 ימים מרגע קבלת ההזמנה להגשת בקשת החזרה

כדי להיות זכאי/ת להחזרה, הפריט חייב להיות באותו מצב שבו התקבל: לא בשימוש/לא נענד, עם תגיות (אם קיימות) ובאריזה המקורית. יש לצרף קבלה או הוכחת רכישה

נזקים / בעיות בהזמנה
אנא בדקו את ההזמנה עם קבלתה. אם הפריט פגום, ניזוק או הגיע פריט שגוי—צרו איתנו קשר מיד כדי שנוכל לטפל בכך

פריטים שלא ניתן להחזיר
פריטים בהזמנה אישית/בהתאמה אישית וכרטיסי מתנה אינם ניתנים להחזרה. אם אתם לא בטוחים לגבי פריט-כתבו לנו לפני הרכישה

החלפות
להחלפה יש להחזיר את הפריט תחילה. לאחר אישור ההחזרה, ניתן לבצע הזמנה חדשה לפריט הרצוי. במקרה של משלוח: אנחנו מכסים משלוח לכיוון אחד, והלקוח/ה אחראי/ת על משלוח ההחזרה

החזרים כספיים
נעדכן לאחר קבלת הפריט ובדיקתו. אם ההחזרה מאושרת, ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 10 ימי עסקים (ייתכנו זמני עיבוד נוספים).

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom/made-to-order items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about an item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange, return your item first. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want. If shipping is needed, Jaju covers one-way shipping and the customer covers the return shipping.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary).
